- Payments by direct credit or cheque must be successfully received before any services will be activated.
- Our refund policy is simple. If you are not happy with the service or find our products to be unsatisfactory, then please send an email to accounts@jethost.net.nz and we will discuss any issues with you, and offer a refund where appropriate. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company Management.
