At Jethost we believe that payments should not be a concern or inconvenience for you.

  • Payment can be made by credit card, direct credit, or cheque – please specify your preferred method of payment during sign-up and you will be provided with all relevant information.
  • All credit card transactions are performed using the most secure 128 bit SSL methods available, to ensure your protection.
  • Payments by direct credit or cheque must be successfully received before any services will be activated.
  • Our refund policy is simple. If you are not happy with the service or find our products to be unsatisfactory, then please send an email to accounts@jethost.net.nz and we will discuss any issues with you, and offer a refund where appropriate.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company Management.
